It is that harrowing work time known as end of month, but I have some art arty art!  

This is for china_shop !

Art and stuff behind the cut!

China_shop I decided to go with color LOL instead of black and white! I have two versions so far and was hoping you'd tell me which one you like best!  Version 1 and version 2, 1 is more graphic arts style and version two is more watercolor style!   I still have to finish Chu Shuzhi's wings, and a bit more work on their faces, but I hope you like these so far! :D I'm super excited about them! :D

I do have one more picture referencing another part of the story but I'm still trying to get the perspective right XD It's the part where GCC is blocked from entering through the doorway because of CSZ's wing! I love that image!

These are amaaaazing and gorgeous, and I love both of them! I love how the different colouring/texturing gives the scene different moods. *gazes for AGES* I don't know how to choose. *helpless face* I really don't.

I mean, I love the clarity of the colours in the first one, and yeah, the more graphic arts styliness of it is really cool, and then the textures in the second one and the moodiness (*pets Chu Shuzhi forever*) are also SO GOOD. *flails*

AHHHH! I'M SO GLAD YOU LIKE IT! My capslock was stuck for a moment too XD XD XD

I totally understand not being able to pick! I keep going back and forth with both of them as well as I was drawing them XD XD XD So totally understand totally! :D

And yes the first one is 'bright!' or so my brain reads it and then the second is definitely 'moody' that is such a good word for it XD CSZ's mood definitely comes across more in the second one XD XD XD

I will finish both then and you can have them both! LOL! SO GLAD YOU LIKE THEM! SQUEE SQUEE!

I feel like CSZ's mood comes across in both of them through his closed eyes and eloquently bowed head, but in the second one it's kind of externalised a little bit too, in the shading/lighting, as if his feelings are spilling out of him. Like, it kind of makes the art be from his POV, if that makes sense? *pets him so much*

(I'm actually aphantasic, which means I can't picture things in my head, so fanart is magic, especially when it's so good like this, because it lets me literally see stuff that I otherwise would never be able to. Srsly, this is so good and expresses the scene so well, and you're amazing and wonderful and so generous!!!!)

Ahhhh thank you!! I find GCC's face so hard to draw for some reason, so I was really happy with how his (and and both!!) face came out!
