I am so glad month end is over.  This month end was exceedingly all over the place and disastrous.  

It felt like no matter what things I put in to place to help my flailing brain it still failed in every tasks LOL.  But I picked it up by the end of the week so that's the best I can ask for.

I did make some mistakes that had repercussions for me and may still have some, but my boss was understanding.  She knows my struggles which I appreciate.  Either way hopefully April goes a little bit smoother.  I put more things into place to hopefully help me, but we'll see if it does.

I know it's stress and like my sister said just because you pretend it's not there doesn't mean that you can work like normal. I'm just a serious people pleaser so when I know I've disappointed someone or did something that could potentially impact another person I panic. 

So much panicking.  But like my boss said: We're not going to panic anymore.  Or if we do, we're not going to send emails until we've worked through our panic XD Which is such good advice. XD XD XD

ANYWAY MONTH END IS OVER, yay!

In WIP news I added a few more chapters to h/c ChuGuo, and finished a long standing fluffy WIP for more ChuGuo (of course XD) going to visit the flower yashou :D HOpefully I can finish editing tonight and post.

Then it's back to h/c ChuGuo.  I still need to add the investigation side for SW/ZYL and then also add the ending, then I think I'll probably rearrange some chapters to make the flow of the timeline better.  

I can't wait to see what my Guardian 520 assignment will beeeeee :D  EEEEEE.  So excited!

Now I must go start making some rice pilaf for dinners.  I love rice pilaf.

OMG saying it was a roller coaster month is such an apt description! I'm sorry your month had ups and downs too! Hopefully, this means April and all its spring goodness will be good to us *pets April*.

My boss, thankfully, is a very good egg. We worked together at a previous job so we definitely understand how we both are and work, etc etc. She's also been going through struggles too and is just all: F this stress we put on ourselves with work. F it all! XD XD

She is a super awesome boss! I think it also helps that we've worked together for nearly 12 years XD So we definitely understand each other. She's also at the point in her life/career that she realizes that she has to care for herself not with the mindset of: How can I make my work/job/career better, but instead, how can I make it better for myself. Which means allowing ourselves to make mistakes and giving ourselves grace for mistakes that are made.

THe above is definitely something I need to remember.

Good for you getting through March somehow, and man I understand about that panic about screwing something up in a way that affects other people...I hope April is being calmer. And right on with all the writing! (And the rice pilaf, I love it too, share your recipe sometime). <3
