I can't seem to get this into how my brain sees it, but I figured I'd post it because I show my success and fails with my art and drawings :)

Either way here is a shirtless Lao Chu and while another layer has Changcheng on it, I don't like his pose at all so all you get is Chu Shuzhi XD XD XD

I also have another layer where I colored it but I was really not feeling the colored version. I'm pretty sure it's just my brain and if I leave it alone for a bit I'll come back and be like: OH i like this let me finish it. LOLOLOLOL.

Ahhh thank you for saying it’s lovely! As for Changcheng’s pose he was just stepping in-between Chu Shuzhi’s legs. I had CSZ’s hands different on another layer where he’s reeling Changcheng in via his scarf but I just couldn’t get Changcheng’s pose right. 😆

This makes me feel like GCC just gave CSZ a fresh trim up because for some reason he couldn't get to a barber for a while. GCC is off screen shaking out the sheet he wrapped around CSZ's shoulders.

I just originally had the pants on the colored layer that I turned off because I wasn't happy with the colored version of this picture. *shakes fist at hidden layers*

Either way, the whole concept of this picture is one day going to be CSZ reeling in GCC with this scarf so they can kith (kiss) XD

I'm glad you like this WIP! I love the black and white starkness for Chu Shuzhi so much XD (and I'm still the most comfortable with a black/white/grayscale color pallette then color NGL XD)
