 I was rewatching favorite snippets of Guardian episodes because it makes me happy, and I'll take it, and I was rewatching episode 32 and there's this part where CSZ says sorry, that starts at 00:34:09 (after he says thank you to dream Changcheng) and I am just all: WHO'S CRYING I'M NOT CRYING WHO'S CRYING.

And Dream Changcheng tries to get him to eat (cause you gotta try to act like Changcheng Nightmare Master) and CSZ whispers he's not hungry and I'm all again: WHO'S CRYING NOT ME.

Because you can just see CSZ is overwhelmed and it is all :sob:

When he figures out it's not Changcheng it's so good. Like, yes, your man knows you so well and this is NOT HIM. *clenches fist* SO GOOD

RIGHT! OMG that is so good, yes. SO SO GOOD. I so love those two :heartheart:

And you can see the little snippets prior to that realization where something rings as slightly 'off' for Chu-ge, but he pushes it away/Dream Changcheng convinces him otherwise.


I know I found this arc confusing on my first watch, but man have I grown to love it through all my rewatches :D
